Meet the 2024 Judges

Ryan Picarella

Ryan Picarella has worked with communities and organizations around the world to ignite social movements while improving the lives of all people. Widely known for his thought leadership, Ryan has worked with Fortune 500 companies and has been a keynote speaker at global conferences. He currently serves as the executive director of wellness programming for the International Foundation of Employee Benefits, overseeing all wellness-related education and events, including the National Wellness Institute, the Wellness Council of America, and the Arts and Science of Health Promotion conference series. He is also a senior fellow with WE in the Nation focusing on well-being and equity around the world and is founder of Conscious Disruption, a firm dedicated to personal and organizational transformation. Ryan has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University.

Iain Fitzpatrick

Iain Fitzpatrick is the Chief Strategy Officer at Archetype, where he leads the development of strategies that enable the company, its consulting partners, and portfolio companies to operate at scale. Before joining Archetype, Iain served as the Global Managing Director of Productized Services for Hay Group, helping grow the business line to $150 million in revenue and position the Hay Group for sale to Korn Ferry for over $450 million in 2015. Prior to Hay Group, Iain spent time as a researcher with the University of Glasgow in the Training and Employment Research Unit and two seasons as a professional soccer player in Scotland. Iain earned a master’s degree in Operational Research from the University of Strathclyde and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Glasgow.

Darci Dunn CHRS, GPHR

With over 25 years of unrivaled expertise in Benefits, Human Resources, and Employee Relations, Darci J. Dunn, CHRS, GPHR, is a seasoned professional who brings a comprehensive depth and breadth of knowledge to every challenge she undertakes. Currently serving as the President & CEO (Founder) of EssentialHr-HR Done Right, headquartered in New Orleans, LA, Darci leads a dynamic team that provides clients with exceptional guidance and resources in all aspects of HR for today's diverse workforce. Darci also serves on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association (NSBA).  Darci’s commitment to professional excellence is evident through her bachelor's from Notre Dame of Maryland University, and certifications as a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist (CHRS) and her Global Professional Human Resources Certificate (GPHR).

The RAD Collective

The RAD Collective is a group of forward-thinking employee benefits brokers and consultants with the mission to improve the healthcare system.  A panel of members will represent the organization on the judging panel.  Members of The RAD Collective are brokers and consultants with firms such as AON, Hub International, Lockton, and NFP.
